I got my package in Dallas, Texas, a store in the mall. I do not know where you are at, but maybe you can find this product on line, or you can go to manufacturer's web site to buy?

i checked the website. it seems that the package does not support the 6620. no mention of 6620 on the site. did you get the one for 6600 and used it on your 6620? and what kind did you get? usb, infrared or bluethooth? perhaps you can describe a little further what this product does. thanks.
