all you need to do is back-up and restore the last Iphone you owned or terminate your itunes account. A quick alternative is to change the email address on your previous itunes account so that your old device or old email doesnt intercept Imessages from other IPhone devices. Once the email is changed or the ITunes account is deleted, the messages that other devices are trying to send will be converted to standard SMS. A small troublshooting step would be to ask a friend to temp turn off IMessage on their IPhone and send you an sms. If you recieve it then your original Apple ID Email address is the root problem.
