Vibe and Ring Does Work!
My wife and I ran to Best Buy this morning as they had 2 V400's in stock. We upgraded from V60's and paid $149 per phone on a 1 year contract.
The V400 ROCKS!! What a beautiful screen. The camera also takes decent pics. Excellent speaker phone too!
I also thought the vibe/ring didn't work. But it does. Try it out, but have patience, as it vibrates for about 20-30 seconds, then starts ringing.
