Motorola V400
Need Help: Can't Get Pics From V400 to PC
OK, I was a dummy. I paid the $30 for Motorola's MPT software. Then I bought a data cable at Radio Shack for another $20. Installed and updated the MPT software to latest version (2.21 I think).
Here's my problem: No matter what i do, I cannot transfer files between the phone & the PC. The phone book works OK, so obviously, the SW and cable are working. But when I open the Media Explorer, is shows no audio or picture files on the phone. Also, I can't upload a file to the phone from my PC.
Help!!!

$20 says you bought the Future Dial cable from radio shack. That one won't work. Return it and buy the cheap one off Ebay (look for the seller Eforcity or EverydaySource).
