I went to two stores today, one a district store, and both told me that Jan 6th was the expected in-store date. Both of those stores are in the Philadelphia, PA region.

Hey....Got my V400 about two hours ago from Cingular corporate store in Seattle!!!! THey had a bunch of them...Now to learn how to work the dang thing!!!Any more questions??
