Did you check the volume for the specific profile you're using? It's possible, that even though you have it on "Loud" the ringer volume could be set on "0". That's the first thing I would check...

since you say you can play them on your phone and I assume you can play them on your pc, try this..

Click the menu button (that's the one on the top in the middle)

Goto Settings and click Select

Scroll down to Ring Styles and click Select

Scroll down once to the "Detail" and click Change

Change the Ring Volume to 7 and back out of all the menus.

Now, try calling your phone again and see if it works....

its weird, its like my phone dosent see them as ring tones, cause i cant apply them as ring ID's, when i went to settings like you said, i looked through the list for all calls and couldnt "see" any of them.....also when i applied one of my made ring tones, i tried going through settings and when i would go to loud detail and press select, it would send me back to settings menu...i dont get it...

Yeah, it sounds like it's due to you using P2KMan to transfer the ringtones. I've had a similar problem. There's a couple of small database files your phone keeps track of ringtones and wallpapers with, which could be causing the problem. If you can, try transferring the files using Motorola PhoneTools and see if that fixes it.
