Call Volume

Hi everyone,
I have tried for a long time now, to no avail, to raise the volume of the call (the other person's voice) during calls. I find it hard to hear the other person, even with the loudspeaker on, especially in public places. Now I really don't think my hearing's bad, so I'm assuming there's got to be a way to make the other person's voice louder. I've gone through all the 'settings' in the phone and gone through the owners manual, but have seen nothing about doing this. Please tell me it's possible.
Thanks,
-Chris

You can increase or reduce the volume by moving your joystick. If the phone is closed, push it to the right across the face. Pulling to the left will lower volume. Just so you will know, I also found it odd that this simple instruction was not in the owner's manual. I had to call Nokia right after I got the phone. Good luck!

THANK YOU!!!
You would think they would put something like this in the manual, but I'm really glad you had the ambition to call and figure this out. Again, thanks A LOT.
