Hey Guys..

I've been following this website and forums for a while now.. I moved to GSM from AT&T and got my 6230 yesterday. I was really interested in getting the Seimens S66, but it was way more expensive at the time. I paid a total of $90 for 6230. As I wanted to keep my number, I had to get it from Cingular instead of the -$50 price tag from Amazon..

I found this phone to be a definite player in the market right now with a lot of great things going for it. Let me objectify my findings:
Pros --
- Bluetooth
- Great Menu
- Small and Light
- A LOT of features
- 32MB card included

I ended up getting an Audiovox SMT5600 instead of this phone. Granted, it is more expensive, but if you want to get the "right" phone for yourself, price shouldn't be an object, as the investment will pay off in the end. The S66 seems to be a very rare item, so if you get that, you'll at least of something that not very many other people have, which is a plus for me with the 5600. The one person I've spoken to that had the S66 liked it. I decided against this one only because of the screen. Coming from a V600, I needed better resolution. Hope this helps.

I've considered Audiovox on and off... one reason why I'm more inclined towards S66 and 6230 is obviously the price.. other is that even though audiovox has good reviews.. I don't think it has any AMAZING features as compared to the extra price we pay for it.. I would rather get the S710 than Audiovox any day.. good post but I've thought of all choices other than 6230 and s66 and am still stuck in the middle.. 😎
