Although it lacks bluetooth and a speakerphone, this is the kind of product that will keep me a Verizon customer.

I think you can really only say it lacks bluetooth if you consider bluetooth to be even marginally useful. Since the entire technology community has largely passed BT by due to its startling lack of practical applications, there's little need to waste the time and money necessary to include it in a wireless phone.
