I spoke with a family member who happens to be a distrcit manager at Best Buy. He states that Sprint has already pushed back the release of ReadyLink (Sprint's name for PTT). Sprint really, really wants these phones out before LNP (Nov 24), in a effort to retain and attract new customers during this hectic time period. An educated guess would be Nov. 23 at the latest, on the account that Sunday is the begining on the sales week for most retailers, and the 23rd is the last Sunday before LNP. Keep your fingers crossed 😁

We are selling them at radio shack right now. They are 300 with a 150 instant rebate for new customers and 300-150 mail in rebate for existing customers who have had the same phone for 18 months. I am talking about the 5400 and the 7200

This model does not have an official launch date yet. Look for it around Christmas or in January. The other Ready Link phones start selling Nov. 16th officially.

This phone is scheduled to hit Sprint Stores on the 24th of November. They might be in your local Radio Shack, Circuit City, or Best Buy now. The prices seem to be different in all stores, I don't know about you but any price I will pay.

Ok, just to clear some stuff up for all of you. I am an employee at a Best Buy in the Greater Chicagoland Area. We will be receiving the Sanyo 5500 on Dec. 2 and that is the certain. As far as the price goes, i am 99% sure that it will retail for $379.99. The rebates will be $150 for two year, and $100 for one year. For all of you switching to Sprint from your other carriers, I suggest that you come to Best Buy to purchase this phone because we offer those $150 and $100 rebates as instant savings at the register for new Sprint Customers. I never thought that i would say this, but I'm leaving Nextel for Sprint.
