Cingulat/ATT vs. Verizon

Can anyone tell me which is the better carrier in terms of sound quality, network quality, phones, etc? I am shopping around and just wanted to get another opinion.

I currently use VZW with Motorola v60. Think its been great. Currently renewed contract and waiting for a decent new Motorola to come out Q4. Didnt like the A710 at all!
