My providers' voice mailbox number is *2. When I try to change it I get the message "voice mailbox number invalid". Does anyone know what can I do to change it?. Thanks.

yeah call your provider and find out the 10 digit number, *2 is just a quick reference your provider knows and routes the call, find out what the pilot number is from them and program that into your phone.

that 10 digit number should be the same as your own phone number so if you set your own phone number as a speed-dial then you should be able to assign any number you want to it you should even be able to set-up a voice command for either *2 or your own phone number in your contact list
