No OEM Faceplates?

Is it true?
There are no OEM alternatives to the carrier-provided faceplate?

Yes there are some different color plates for the 6225.
I found some at the mall, I just got black keys now. 🙂

There are no oem faceplates....although there is plenty aftermarket on ebay...aftermarket faceplates might void your warranty though

And void my liking for the phone...Nothing worse than crappy aftermarket faceplates to ruin a nice new nokia 🤣

I wouldn't worry about voiding the warranty on a nokia phone by changing the faceplate. Since there are no screws that hold the faceplate on there is really no way to tell it's been changed as long as you change it back before a warranty repair.

actually i believe that since nokias are promoted by the carrier for their capability of changing the faceplates easily, that if you sent it in for repair (actually for REPAIR you'd be sending it to nokia...REPLACEMENT send it to the carrier) they would'nt be able to care less about the faceplate...i once sent a nokia in for replacement when i was with T-mo and they didnt even want the faceplate on the phone when i sent it in
