I used QPST to save pictures from my phone to my laptop. Then I deleted them.

Now my phone is dead!!!! It just cycles the Verizon loading screen and reboots. I tried taking the battery out for a bit. Still does it. Also I plugged in the charger to make sure it wasn't low on battery. It's DEAD!!!! 😲

Long live my address book! Is there a way to hard reset this thing?

this happenned to me... your phone is "fried" is what Verizon told me.. just go take it into a verizon store, show em what happened and they'll exchange it for free. You will lose your address book and pics and such but yeah.. sucks.. i kno how that is..

mine did that when people kept calling me, i just took out the battery for a while and never turned on.. just kept rebooting

Indeed! they took it back for free! I think it was bad NVRAM. I just helped it along.

see my previous posts

I had 4 (FOUR) A670s do this

I think it was related to changing the OPEN screen to a different picture, so I'm not so sure it was a hardware issue (VRAM), as opposed to some software bug related to the VRAM (i.e. - they really can fix it when they get it back)

The stores could not fix it, and I went thru four A670s. The fifthe time I said just give me a f***ing A650 - which has worked perfectly for 6 months.

Lied to them about the warranty?? whatever, they can tell how long you have had the phone, they know when the warranty is up, sometimes techs just swap them out.
