Bitpim help

Can someone PLEASE post a step by step guid on how to use the 670 and bitpim, I have tried countless times and have no clue on how to do anything. Thank you

Plug the phone in, make sure it is recognized as a usb device. start bitpim, select your phone, hit ok. go to get phone data, select everything, hit ok. once it finishes you'll have your full contact list, ringtones, pictures, etc. what else do you want to do?
