Using a usb data cable, can I make my own wallpaper and/or ringtones and send them to my phone straight off my computer?

Yes. Sort of. I've been able to download wallpaper of my son and various photos. Paintshop Pro 7 or similar comes in handy. Crop a photo to 130 wide by 120 high. Save as gif. Go to www.myjal.com and download Apollo 2.0. As for ringtones, I'm stumped. I've converted soundbytes to wav format with no luck when downloading. The parameters are Bit rate-64kbps, Audio sample size-8 bit, Channels-1, Audio sample rate-8khz, Audio format-PCM. If someone could help us, give detailed info please. Thanks.
