i haven't seen it with cingular for less than 49.99...but i'm in north carolina, i know if other markets, it may be cheaper...also, that's with a 2 year agreement.

really depends on the market you are in. Im in Atlanta, GA. the phone with a 2 yr contract is $39.99. The actual cost of the phone is $126. So forty bucks is a good deal on the 3120.
