Main screen time display

Anyone know if the time can be enabled to show on the main screen on this phone? I can't find mention of it in the manual but I checked the 6230 and that phone allows it. There's enough room at the top to show it so I don't know why it wouldn't be an option.

Is there an easier way to check the time other than going through setup or waiting for the screen saver to pop on?

Oh yeah, how long until Nokia puts out a seizure warning about the flashing goes along with the rhythm of the ringtone (and yes I know you can turn it off) 🙂

yes. you can display the time on the home screen of this phone. go to settings, then to time and date settings, select clock then select show clock. Once you have selected "show clock" go back to main screen and the time will show in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Great, that worked, thanks! I'm used to the older Nokias where selecting "Clock" would only allow you to change the time.
