I tried this phone out in the store today, and I can honestly say this is the cheapest built phone I have ever seen. I don't know how they can get away with calling it "durable". It's quite ugly as well. I'm not sure what the heck pantec was thinking when they approved this design.

Whoever told you this phone was durable is a complete re-re. This phone is in no way durable, and of course it is cheap crap. It's $11.99 upgrade price at it's highest. If you want a nice smartphone that will run fast, you are of course going to have to pay more, you get what you pay for.
