does the insurance on the iPhone cover cracked iPhones? because I dropped my phone and the back is cracked, any help is appreciated thanks

I was told that it covers everything, even loss, however there is a $129 deductible.

Verizon insurance through Asurion for iPhone is $10.99/mo and there is a $129-$199 deductible (depending on model) you can only file 2 claims per year. Covers liquid damage, physical damage and lost/stolen.

There are other avenues as well to protect the iPhone- Best Buy's Geek Squad Black Tie Protection is $14.99/mo, $0 deductible, unlimited amount of claims per year, covers physical and liquid damage but NOT lost or stolen. To make matters easier, you can pay the entire 2 yrs of protection upfront for $229.98 and save a large amount of money (do the math)

Some people are less prone to be dumb and leave their phone lying by itself in a public area. If you are very cautious about not using your phone, I'd go the Best Buy route- however ...
