why not android??
I understand that when the original iPhone was released, it was a revolutionary device. but since then, other platforms began to catch up. the one that stands out about all others is the android platform. i've seen many people ask for a true comparison between apple and android, so here ya go: HTC Thunderbolt vs Apple iPhone 4

3G is unlimited, where 4G is said to be tiered.

Because Android blows. The OS is a hog and it's slow. The apps are nowhere near as sophisticated as those on the iPhone. Case in point. I have a half dozen must have apps on my iPhone that I use everyday for business and personally. There is only one similar app made for Android and it has nowhere near the features the iPhone version has. Android apps remind me of shareware. Lastly, closely examine an Android phone next to an iPhone and the quality differences are night and day. Android phones are cheaply made and look like the typical crap that's made in China. That's why not Android.
