Quick question, appreciate any feedback you may have:
I bought a VX4500 the day after they became available. We've all noticed small software glitches that should be addressed by a firmware upgrade.
Does anyone know when / how Verizon will offer a firmware upgrade for this phone?

I was at the Verizon Wireless store in Hicksville, NY store on Thursday last week.
The tech department had no idea of any software glitches or any upcoming firmware releases.

We do not have any upgrades at this time. I know of some problems with the phone. They will have one but they field test the updates before given to the general public.
