Activation Question.

Before I get this phone, someone explain how to activate it? Just cal 228? With or with out the sim card in it? I've been reading differant forums and a few people have had issues activating.

They send a toll free number with step by step instructions. The people who've had issues didn't read the instructions or the store rep was not trained.

i activated it online with no problems. put the sim card in and did *228.
