Have you ever heard of any Verizon customers having any problems with malicious code on Motorola Droids?

The sideloading thing is bullscrap on AT&T's part, but outside of that its a vast improvement. The Aria has seemed to have got some good reviews. For its size, and as a mid range androider its decent. I hope it gets rooted fast, or a work around for non-market apps would be nice. Since none of us has really messed with this phone, I would say the jury is out.

At least it has the google stuff, which is a vast improvement..

as far as sideloading, I'm sure like with the backflip there will be work around to get it to work, better yet if its rooted. But nevertheless most people who don't want to go through the procedure to sideload are the same people that it won't make a difference whatsoever, they're happy with just getting stuff off the market.

And to be quite honest, there was only like two things I actually used that were off market.

In any case, I want to see what their flavor of the Galaxy S will be. While I don't think there is no Kennedyesge conspiracy with AT&T and Apple over phones, I do think there are marketing paradigms that all carriers use, and they won't release this, nor the new Blackberry in or around the release date of the iP4.
