As appealing as the current IP4 is (reception issues aside), I just couldn't pull the trigger on an AT&T phone. If the reports are true, I'm sold...

Yeah, yeah, yeah...and in another month we'll be reminded of the 5 year deal with ATT. And then a few months later...."VZW will be getting the iPhone in Feb"....and so on, and so on.
Who the EFF cares anymore! Someday they will have it...but that day means nothing until it is actually that day. LOL!

That would be a very BAD move on your part. My husband has a Verizon smartphone and I leave him in the dust when doing just about anything. I'm not an AT&T lover either but they are miles faster.

Fast does not equal better...YOU may have your experience and opinion, but...and trust me on this, you are probably nowhere near as meticulous as me. My opinions and decisions are based on actual experience...to the point that I have been carrying my iPhone 3GS.....AND a VZW Incredible, since the Incredible came out.

I own a 3GS and a Motorola DROID.. I Love both phones 1st off. but my DROID is alot faster here in Chicago, so in this neck of the woods, Im gonna roll with Verizon or Sprint. GSM is not that great here.

I spoke to a verizon customer service rep because I was having issues with a phone I picked up...I began inquiring about the samsung fascinate when he said we will be getting the iphone soon. He went on to say that due to the overwhelming number of calls concerning a verizon iphone they are now allowed to acknowledge that it is happening in the near future but cannot provide an exact date. He went on to tell me that it will be compatible with verizons new 4g network. This conversation took place less than two hours ago.

Oh, I don't doubt that it took placce......VERY much like the conversation I had many months ago about June being the month VZW gets the iPhone!!!! Even better...I was actually talking with a rep who seemed to know more than the average sales monkey. I immediately dismiss ANY rep who does not know what Phonescoop, HowardForums, BoyGenius, Engadget are. This guy was quite familiar with all things cell-phone and he swore up and down.....June would be the month for VZW.
