Call quality
My wife and I have the 1st droid and the call quality leaves something to be desired. If you put the phone on your shoulder forget about the person on the other end understanding you. It sounds muzzled.
I am really interested in getting the X but I haven't found anyone talking about the call quality. Is it improved, I mean do I have to hold the phone just right, so the other person understands me like the original droid, or can I rest it on my shoulder and talk?

I think the call quality is excellent! The person on the other end sounds crystal clear to me, and I was told I sound great to them as well. As far as resting it on your shoulder, keep in mind that the phone is super thin so your ear is practically on your shoulder. The extra length of the X helps alot here because it keeps the mic out away from you so it's not muffled by your cheek like on small phones.
