Having a problem with Get it Now
I got the phone today and it had exceeded my expectations. Much nicer than the one offered through sprint! Great picture quality, nice menus.
My concern right now, is i tried to download one ring tone and it told me i had to delete some files. It is showing that I'm using like 11% of the memory. So something must be wrong. But when I was troublshooting this problem i did notice that there seems to only be 1.4 MB of memory on the phone (about one floppy). Is that for everything or just get it now? I won't say were I bought it, because the sales people were like "yeah thats the new phone, we don't know anything about it". Absolutely useless sales presentation/help. It was a Verizon Dealership.

Tried again with some other songs and it worked. I did try the same one a couple times (that didn't work). So maybe something is wrong with their ringtone file. But I was able to get two ring tones and assign one to my regular ringer and one to ring when my girl friend calls me! This thing is just blowing me away. Going from a startec to this is crazy!!
