Sorry buddy if it could be fixed with just a software upgrade thats downloadable they wouldnt of pulled them all from the shelves...and they wouldnt of pulled it off the website!!!

Its a problem with Picture messaging!!! I spoke to motorola

they pulled them form the shalves till they all could get flashed with new software, it not a recall and wut does motorolla hav eot do with a audiovox phone??? and yes when phones need software the pull them form the shelves tillt hey can get flashed
