Disable Apps Manually? Is it possible?

Can I manually disable applications? I know it will be done automatically to save memory, but is there a way I can do it manually?

I assume you are using BREW... go into settings (for Get It Now, easyedge, etc), and then manage app. then you can either remove or disable any app already in your phone
