J2ME/Java?

I see this site says this phone has J2ME
("carrier dependent"?). Either the phone
has a JVM in it, or not. I can't find any
mention of this on the Audiovox website
(surprise!).

Anybody know the real scoop on this?

The 8900 has brew, but no Java support. The upcoming 8910 is exactly the same phone for Sprint PCS; it will have Java for Sprints Vision service. The 8910 was shown at the CTIA wireless show recently, so it should be coming to stores within a few months.
