Get the phone off Vibrate

Help all I can seem to do is get it to manner mode. How do I get this phone off of vibrate so it rings? TIA

if the screen say's "manner mode" close the phone and hold the small side button for a few seconds, the phone will say "slience mode" and hold the small side button again for a few seconds and it will say "normal mode" and it should ring...
