Connect the phone to your pc via the usb cable...

Swipe down from the top to view the notifications

Click where it says to mouth the SD card and follow the screen...

The computer will now recognize that the phone is plugged in...

Navigate to te phone on the computer (mass usb storage)

Once you are looking at the SD card contents create the following folder

media

Go into the media folder

Create a folder in there called

audio

Go into the audio folder and create the 3 following folders:

ringtones
alarms
notifications

Copy and paste all your mp3 ringtones in the ringtone folder.

Back on the phone, swipe down from the top and unmount the SD card (you will get a warning - its okay)

Voila - you are done. ...

Pictures should be easy - there is a DCIM folder on the card, just go into that and you will find the right folder for pictures...I'm not sure on the videos though, I'm sure it's just a matter of creating another folder with the appropriate naming convention...Try google-ing it.
