Samsung Moment

Sooo... I have had the Samsung Moment for awhile... and aside from the occasional freezing I have quite enjoyed having the phone. The only real issue I have with it though is that I cant see moving media that is forwarded to me, and then also if it has sound with it the message doesnt play it all at once but plays one at a time like a slide show. Also if I decide to forward something to people I cant access my contacts and select the receivers of the message but have to physically type in the names... it is dumb! Has anybody had any success with this stuff because I find it kind of sad that I can do all of this on a regular flip phone but when I get my first smart phone it wont let me. 😳
