anyone tether? getting charged for it?

i was curious if anyone got the tethering to work on their iphones, and if so did att charge them for tethering. im on an account wit the fam, and i think the bill went from like 130 to 200. anyone getting charged for tethering??

I have since uninstalled the mod bc I was afraid I would have a $500 bill from attw.
