Custom SMS does not ring in holster/case

I set custom sounds (custom profile)for my text messages and it will not ring in the holster/case. The default text ringtone works fine. I have the latest software in the phone. Anyone else have this problem?

When in holster, is it set to Vibrate, Vibrate then Ring, or Vibrate and Ring?
