Backup contacts and pictures

I have a samsung convoy SCH U-640 According to Verizon Customer Service, they do not have Backup Assistant as they no longer support this phone, so I have no way to backup my contacts or pictures. Does anyone know if I can connect my phone to my PC and do some type of backup? If not, does anyone know of a third party vendor or program that I can use?

As I know the best way to backup your contacts and pictures is to use Vibosoft Android Mobile Manager .
