How long does it takes to get your refund after returning the phone online

I return a bad samsung messager11 r560 around sept 6. i started calling METRO pcs online number and no one can answer my question of how long or who to call to get my refund.all cell phones that are return via the fedex return label goes to Texas and when i called them they said metro pcs respond only by emails. So beware do not buy phones from metro pcs online. I am still waiting for my refund....

YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO WHERE IT COULD BE. AT TIMES THEY CAN LEAVE YOUR MAIL AT THE AREA OF SHIPMENT. IF IT IS NOT THERE KEEP BUGGING THEM UNTIL THEY GIVE IT BACK TO YOU. SAD, BUT ITS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO. ☹️
