Sorry, not having that problem. I believe there is a new software update you can try. Dialing *228 then listen then press option 2 wait then once finish you can press end then your phone will pwr off then on. if your phone still continues to have the same issue then its a phone issue have it replace with a new phone if its less then 1 mth old. lol It has only been out since June 5, 2009.

I have owned this phone for about a month. I returned the first one after 2 weeks because of the rebooting issue. Both Verizon and LG had no idea about this problem at that time. The second phone is also doing the exact same thing. Very frustrating to have to keep resetting all of my settings. When I brought it back to Verizon last week, they knew this was happening to other phones. They did a software update at the store. ...
