Wireless Version(s): 802.11 b/b??? & RE:No 3G?

I hope that the 802.11 b/b is a typo and it actually supports 802.11 b/g.

In regards to not having 3G, I personally am happy it doesn't cause I have turned off the 3G on my G1. It may have faster projected Up/download speeds than EDGE but in my experiences with it on the G1, EDGE is noticeably more reliable with creating connections and sustaining them.

I was considering getting an unlocked Bold until I saw that T-Mobile was going to release the 8900 in a month.

My greatest fear is that it will be a forgotten model by T-Mobile. I had my 8800 for almost two years, and T-Mobile never fixed the MMS problem or updated the OS. So I'm not very optimistic I will ever get an OS v5.0 from T-Mobile somewhere down the line.
