quick pull HELP!!

hey guys, i need some help right now.. i just updated my storm to .328 and i cant get my quick pull to work... what happens is, i click quick pull and it asks if i am sure i want to reset the device.. i click yes.. and it pops up "An error occurred while starting QuickPullLib. The application has been terminated." and i can only click "ok" and return back to the main screen.. anyone know how i can fix this??

My post worked like my Original Storm! It cut off in midstream! What I was saying is Quick Pull, Restartme, Soft Reset, the reset fields in QuickLaunch, and Meterberry, do not function on this 5.0 Build. I have moved on to the Storm2 and notice a number of Apps behaving differently (inappropriately). There is a corruption at this point in resetting the phone that the developers have not addressed as of yet.

It became apparant when I uploaded the new OS on my original Storm. The resets brought on error messages and lockups, and none of them worked. I could see a problem in one or two of them...But all? Perhaps I've answered your question.

Forgot to add one. The reset feature on memory eye app....same result.....N.G.

Last post on this issue from me. Re-installed Memory eye. There is a field to reset device in the options list off the main menu. You know what? It works! This is the only app that soft-resets the Storm2
