Phone freezes so I can't make a phone call

Has anyone had this problem: All of a sudden, the phone froze and I couldnt' dial out. I pressed the dial buttons but nothing would happen. I had to turn the phone off, then on again and then it worked. I upgraded to the 0.75 software but I still have this happen. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have had it happen and am about to be on my 5th device. They seem suprised by this and will be having another firmware upgrade soon.
