I need help!

Everytime I use speaker phone, the phone is locked and I have to press the corner top button to unlocked it. Does anyone experience this problem?

if you tilt the phone it unlocks. it locks automatically so you do not input anything when you are on the phone!

How Am I supposed to dial extension or menu number when calling customer service when it locks? It's very annoying.
