Homescreen Background on iPhone

Is there anyway to change the background of the home screen without jail breaking the phone? I just want it to have the same wallpaper that it has on the locked screen. Thanks in advance.

Even if you could put a picture there, how much of it do think you would actually see with all the icons over top of it. That's probably why it's not an option.
