Visual Voicemail
Ok. Well I just got my iPhone a few days ago and everything has been working smoothly....except the visual voicemail. Whenever I click on the voicemail option or dial "1" my phone calls my voicemail like a regular phone would, and I don't have the whole menu where I can see my voicemals and stuff. Do you know how this could b fixed?

call customer care and make sure you have the ipohen data package that includes visual voice mail it could possibly be a simple error.
