LG Dare or IPHONE 3G?
Hello all:
I am thinking of waiting until December to terminate my agreement with VZW and sign on with ATT to get the new IPHONE. I have 2 choices: Get the LG Dare and stick with VZW or get the IPHONE in Dec. I have heard many mixed things about this phone. Also, on the ATT Data Plan, the $70 plan allows 5000 night and weekend minutes. Is it possible to go over 5000 minutes? That seems like a lot. What would or have you people done? Has anyone else made this decision one way or another? Also, if it matters, I live in central NJ.
Any thoughts would be very much appreciated!

5000 n&w minutes is plenty for most people. I don't even go through 2000 minutes (n&w, m2m, and anytime) in an entire month, and you KNOW how females like to talk.

How come you cant get unlimited night and weekends where you are? I have 900 anytime minutes and unlimited night and weekends... Plus for 9 bucks you can get night and weekends starting at 7pm... also keep in mind you get roller over minutes on ATT something that Rip off verizon dose not give you. As for the phone its a great phone once you have one and use it you will never go back to a regular cell phone again. I was with verizon for 7 years before the iphone and let me tell you i will never go back. the LG Dare may seem nice but go take a closer look its not the iphone...

Thanks for that advice. You can get 900 minutes and unlimited nights and weekends, but it is 90 a month. then 15 for 1500 text messages. 70 a month is 450 minuteas and 5000 n/w minutes. The monthly plan is more than Verizon. Thoughts.

450 mins unlimited n&w unlimited messaging and internet for 74.99. and get this, for 5$ more INSURE the dare and get a new one for 50$

no matter what spend some time using each phone it the store. have to remember you get gps with iphone and unlimited e-mail which I use to text people at no extra cost to me. then there is the web browser if you can't even use the dare's should it even be in the equation. and then there is the APP. store. seen a program for free that you can tune your guitar with. holy **** that is just the beginning. did I mention that it was for free.
