Review process is flawed
No phone deserves a 0 out of 5. That is just dumb. if you give it a zero you have a no concept of reality.

In terms of rating the phone though a 5 is still possible due to relative needs by different people. the iphone 3G can get a 5 if people don't care about MMS and some of the other things I don't personally care about. A zero is impossible because every phone is A PHONE, it makes calls so right there it deserves a 1 or 2 even if you hate everything else about it. Add GPS, 3G data, sick OS, and everything else and it should at least be a 3. Know what I mean?

Um yeah, but the thing (well one of them anyway) that people are complaining about is signal strength which directly impacts calls. I had my first dropped calls in over 2 years since I have had the iPhone. That makes my phone unreliable, thus unusable and thereby a zero. It doesn't matter how "sick" 🙄 the OS is, or whether it has GPS (another battery killer) or a fold out toothpick if the phone can't get and maintain a signal and hand off to the next tower without dropping the call. My iPhone is going back. I want to love it, I wish I could keep it, but paying what that phone is ultimately going to cost me just isn't worth it.
