You have to set up your Blackberry BIS/BES account in your phone's email settings. After you create your BIS/BES user name and password, you will need to validate each of the other email addresses you set up by entering each email's password at the prompt.
Once this is done, you can log into your carrier's BIS/BES page from your computer. Then click on Edit next to each of your emails. Scroll down to the signature field and get rid of the text and enter whatever you'd like, or leave it blank. You will need to input each email address' password and then click Save.
