Call Log & Txts ERASES each night
I've had my BB for a week. The past two nights in a row, my call logs are completely empty along with every txt message. All that is left in my mailbox icon (verizon) is emails. It happened the night before last in the middle of the night and last night at 10:25pm.
WTF?
My call log looks as tho i've never received a single call or dial out ever!
And I have no sent or received txt messages!
Then my day begins and I load them back up and sure sure enough they were erased again last night.
What setting do I have that has made this happen?

Excuse my ignorance...what is BES?
(soooo probably not, hehe)
Oh and I have a MAC if that means anything...no bb manager thing. Just a PocketMac that really did nothing for me what so ever.

I didn't need to sync anything so it wasn't necessary. How do I become a BE Subscriber?

Its just a corporate server for BB. You would know if you were synching through a BES.

it's a memory issue. I would bet my life that you have taken at least a few pictures if this is happening and don't have a memory card installed. The devices priority is to save contacts and pictures. Having a 2 megapixel camera, the picturs use up memory very quickly. Once the device runs out of memory, and say a new text message or call comes in, to make room for the new alert it has to erase some old stuff. It was a common issue with a very simple fix......install a memory card or a bigger one if there is one in their already. The curve like the pearl works on shard memory.
You can view you "file free" is status, this tells you how much space you have left for memory. If this number is low then you either need to erase some stuff ...
