Video Recording at 120 fps?
ok so on the specs it says you can record at 120 fps. what do i have to do in the video recording settings to do this? thanks in advance

It's Slow Motion capture. It records at 320x240 at 120 FPS so when you playback it does so at 15 FPS. That means 1/8 normal speed.

Click the screen, and on the right is a Video Camera with the word SPEED on it. Click it and turn High Rate on. This sets it in 120 FPS mode and 320x240 screen res. And yes, it does work rather well. It's not high quality, but it is fast enough to capture the blinding huge muzzle flash of a Desert Eagle .50 Action Express in slow motion.
