New Year pricing... buy now or later?

Do you think that current price of the LG Dare($120ish) will increase or decrease after the new year. Historically does Verizon lower the prices of a phone like this over the Christmas season and then increase it again after the busy season or continue to decline the price to move new merchandise in after the new year. I am not sure. Any help would be awesome. thanks.

I know that this is a bit late but I just got one for $79.95 - $50 rebate. Net, $29.95+tax. Not bad for a phone this good.
